I’d love to start introducing you to the different hat patterns, shapes, and categories I offer. First, I want you to meet Ari.

It took me an incredibly long time to develop a baseball cap pattern that truly felt right to me in terms of shape and silhouette. Ari is the result of years of experimentation — and finally the design I’ve always envisioned.

For this pattern, I was especially inspired by classic baseball caps from the 1960s to the 1980s. What matters most to me is a balanced proportion between the crown height and the visor length — that harmony is key to the overall look.

There are currently three different Ari models available in my online shop, and I’d be so happy if you stopped by to take a look.

I know—I should be posting more consistently. The truth is that running a one-person business, especially in a niche as specific as hat making, means that social media is often one of the last areas where I can show up regularly, consistently, and always at the level of quality I expect of myself.

Still, every now and then, I do make an effort to turn the camera on, document the process, and take you along with me. In this video, I am working on an order commissioned by a customer who placed it at one of my weekly markets in Berlin. What makes this piece special—unfortunately not visible in the video—is that it was made in an extra-large size.

UPCYCLING!!!!

Aus alt mach neu ist nach wie vor ein geiles Konzept in der Hutmacherei, da ich flächentechnisch aus so ziemlich jeder Hose mindestens 2 Mützen fertigen kann.

Dieses Mal ein Elbsegler aus einem roséfarbenem Denim der vorher eine Hose war.
