”Trollskog” (Enchanted Forest), designed in the late 1960s by the Swedish textile artist Marianne Richter. Known for her painterly approach to textiles, Richter’s abstract pattern creates such a rich, moody depth in this rare blue and forest-green colorway.

Made of pure wool and preserved in top vintage condition. Incredible on wooden floors, equally stunning on cool concrete, and doubles as a beautiful piece of wall art.

16 days in Sweden went by in a flash!

A summary of views and memories of almost endless summer light. I didn’t take as many photos of the new treasures as I’d planned ~ time flew by, and most of them went straight into the back of the car. Really looking forward to start unpacking them and add them to the collection, starting tomorrow ✨

A masterclass in minimalist postmodernism:
Air sofa by Burkhard Vogtherr for Hain & Thome, 1980s

This sofa is just as much a sculptural object as a practical seat. With its soft, rounded forms combined with a structural elevation, the result is a floating appearance that creates a subtle interplay with its surroundings. Beautiful patina with light grey leather, faded by time.
