One of the most sustainable joys in life is to nourish both mind and body. 🌿✨

Last night’s Splendour at Jacques’ Wein Depot Kaiserswerth .weindepot — a true wine treasure nestled in the green heart of Kaiserswerth — brought together art, taste, and textile stories.
Among portraits of Japanese women, Oscar Hernandez-Stewart unveiled „Thorsten” and a series of abstract gold-leaf paintings — vivid, spiritual reflections that weave Africa, Asia, and Europe into one visual rhythm.

Miki Furue, the visionary behind TOI Izakaya, shared her vegan Japanese fusion creations — a poetic meeting of Japanese roots and European curiosity. Dressed in one of our vintage kimonos, she embodied retoro rōbu’s belief that heritage can be lived and reimagined as wearable art. 🥋
