I spent the past year working on a new business called BONDYWORLD, and I didn’t want to keep the results from you. Together with my partners and .cordova we developed an educational platform focused on mindful consumption (specifically around fashion and fashion items), where every non-purchase is rewarded with a lesson on topics like the psychology of consumption, personal stories, podcast episodes, or even digital fashion via Avatar dress up.

It’s been an exciting year of research, building the business, and co-creating content with some of the most talented people in the industry (listed down below). It wasn’t just a joy to collaborate with Berlin creatives and our wider network, creating opportunities along the way, but also working with our numerous coaches on team development and refining the business model was incredibly special.

Of course, building a startup also means creating business and financial plans. After weighing the risks—and considering how much the technology market and the digital fashion space have shifted over this past year—we’ve decided not to pursue the startup further for now.

The learnings and the topics we explored have prepared me for my new career path and reassured me that the direction I’m now taking is truly the right and most fitting one for me.

Still, we wanted to share what we created and give a huge, personal thank you to everyone who was part of this journey:

Not for Sale 🥀

Over the past years, I’ve been craving more depth and intention – not only in my personal life, but also in my work.
 What am I doing, and why? What do I genuinely want to contribute to other people’s lives?

Fashion has always been my way of expression and communication.
But slowly, its role in my life has been shifting: from designing products to exploring meaning, identity, embodiment, and intention.
 What we wear, why we wear it, how it makes us feel – and how that feeling shapes the way we move through the world.

Creating with my hands has always been my most meditative state. Through BONDY, I built a visual universe deeply rooted in my childhood imagination. It connected me with likeminded creatives – and quietly healed parts of my younger self.

Still, my gut kept telling me that selling products as the main source of income never felt fully aligned. Especially in a world of overconsumption, my responsibility as a designer feels less about producing more – and more about reducing harm, questioning systems, and creating with intention.

I explored many paths: rentals, digital fashion, collectives, art contexts, mentoring.
 Through years of inner work, coaching, and reflection, I realised that besides creating, I deeply enjoy directing, questioning, and holding space for others – supporting them on their own unique paths.

So for now, I’m closing the webshop on 7th March 2026.
 Releasing the ROSIER bag – double-sided, pierced, translucent red – created some time ago and shot in Paris by my dear in November 2025 – feels like the right moment to mark this shift.

It’s part of my series “NOT FOR SALE!” – a piece without the intention of scalability or commercial production.

BONDY remains – not as a webshop, but as a creative universe in transformation.

Hi guys,

For everyone who’s new here – and for those who might have been wondering what’s been happening lately:
I’m Judith, a Berlin-born and based creative entrepreneur driven by aesthetics, depth, and purpose.

I founded BONDY in 2018 as a fashion label – an experiment. Bold, playful, extravagant. It opened many doors, connected me with inspiring people across Europe, and taught me more than I ever expected.

Over the past years, something shifted.
Creating collection after collection, selling products for the sake of selling, no longer felt aligned – even though I was good at it. Especially in a world of overconsumption, I started questioning what I truly want to contribute.

So I took a step back and started exploring what else is out there. Offline life became my focus. Growth happened quietly, behind the scenes.

2025 has been the most fulfilling and successful year so far – just not in the way I once imagined.
I’ve learned to allow myself more ease and to trust the process.
I’ve let go of everything that no longer fits my path.

The next chapter isn’t set in stone yet.
But I can already feel it coming ✨

Thank you for being here, for growing with me, and for staying curious — especially in quieter times. I’m definitely not taking your support for granted.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but winter is almost over, and spring is about to pop. The days are getting longer, and soon our nights will feel endless, your skin will meet warm air again. You’ll start shedding layers, swapping all shades of black, grey, and navy for bright colors, and bringing joy, playfulness, and lightness back into dressing.

Happy Valentine’s Day to those who celebrate! Today and in the next few days, I’m taking time to appreciate the people I love and those who have supported me—especially through the difficult moments of growth. At the same time, I’m celebrating a huge step in self-love and self-appreciation that I’ve built, especially over the past year. I’m incredibly grateful for myself and for the resilience I’ve cultivated together with my support system—because without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

This one goes out especially to my FLINTA* friends 🌹 The level of softness, understanding, empathy, and devotion I feel in these connections is unreal and has healed so much in me. I’ve never felt this kind of love before—not even in a romantic relationship 🤭
