⚙️ Dinh Trung Hieu: Machine and Plant Operator, Textile Finishing

Four of them had their first day in Marktschorgast yesterday. Dinh Trung Hieu joined us today after arriving last night. Now the group is complete. 🙌

A new name on the market – and still a familiar face for us. 🤝

Our colleagues Krzysztof Figura and Bogusław Patelka from the Vitrulan sales team in Poland had the pleasure of celebrating the opening of MMAK SYSTEM in Wrocław. One of the people behind the new company is Andrzej Kociubiński, with whom we have enjoyed a close working relationship for many years.

More than 50 contractors, plenty of conversations, new contacts and a strong focus on practical topics: that is exactly what a successful start should look like.

We are very pleased to be on board as a strategic partner. MMAK SYSTEM focuses on new technologies, reliable partnerships and a direct connection to the trade – topics that are important to us as well.

Picked, hoped, won! ⚽🏆

Our internal Vitrulan World Cup Tipping Game has been decided – and the best picks have now been rewarded with great prizes.

iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, national team jersey, fuel voucher and drinks prizes: for our winners, cheering along paid off twice.

Our best tipping teams also had every reason to celebrate. Because that is exactly what it was all about: picking together, hoping together and enjoying the fun together.

Grill on, work mode off. 🔥

At our Marktschorgast plant, the start of the well-deserved break was celebrated just right: with regional barbecue specialities from Metzgerei Schimmel, well-filled plates and colleagues simply enjoying some relaxed time together.

No big programme, no official setting. Just good food, good conversations and that special moment when everyone gets a little more relaxed just before the holidays.

That’s what team spirit tastes like in Marktschorgast ✌️

Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nächstes Level freigeschaltet. 🎓💻

Emily Reuner und Lisa Kraus haben ihre Ausbildung mit hervorragenden Ergebnissen beendet. Emily als Fachinformatikerin für Systemintegration, Lisa als Kauffrau für Digitalisierungsmanagement.

Für diese starke Leistung überreichten Alexa Heinz aus dem HR-Team und Ausbilder Mario Schmidt beiden einen Jochen Schweizer Gutschein im Wert von jeweils 250 Euro.

Das schönste Update: Gestartet als Auszubildende, geht es für Emily und Lisa nun als Kolleginnen weiter. Beide bleiben bei Vitrulan und verstärken weiterhin unser IT-Team.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu diesem großartigen Abschluss. Stark gemacht und schön, dass der gemeinsame Weg weitergeht! ✌️

In Haselbach, the company summer break does not begin with switching off the machines, but with firing up the grill. 🌭🔥

At the traditional Bratwurst Day, Michael Rudolph, alias “RUDI – the GrillMaster”, kept everyone supplied with delicious sausages throughout the day. Steffen Kienel had made sure everything was s***k and span beforehand, while Martin Zwilling and the Haselbach Volunteer Fire Brigade kindly provided plenty of seating.

The perfect ingredients for bratwurst, good conversations and a relaxed start to the summer break.

A big thank you to everyone who made this great get-together possible. This is what summer tastes like in Haselbach. ✌️
