„we are not children of earth looking up at the stars.
We are children of the stars learning to live on earth “✨✨✨

for me, art was a safe place long before I understood why.A space where I could just exist, without needing to explain anything.

over time, I realized how deeply healing that space actually is, especially because I never really felt at home in more “classical” ways of opening up

through art, something softens
something moves
something slowly finds its way to the surface

and without even noticing at first, I began to let go of things I had been holding onto for a long time

✨unprocessed emotions
for me, art became a space where feelings could exist without needing to be explained

✨perfectionism
a reminder that nothing has to be perfect to be meaningful

✨expectations
slowly letting go of who I thought I should be

✨self-doubt
showing up anyway, even on the uncertain days

✨the need for control
learning to trust what unfolds, instead of forcing it

🌌 I have the feeling that many people might resonate with this more than they think.

If you like this then please share🙏🤍

We often think that we are either creative or not. But the truth is, we are all creative beings, creating all day long.

When we find something that gently brings us into the present moment, we begin to surrender to our creativity and enter that beautiful state of “flow” (you probably already have heard of) 🌌

When was the last time you completely surrendered to your own creation ~ whatever that may be?

Well yes, there are so many forms of therapy and beautiful ways to explore our emotional Ozean.

But are you also one of those who have difficulty expressing emotions with words? Does it feel sometimes like there is a force that is bigger and can’t be expressed through something limiting like our vocal expressions?

I just now that there are so many ways and that emotional release through art is the wonder in my life. Expressing through art and just let colours and forms appear how they want to. It doesn’t makes sense it doesn’t has a structure and it doesn’t has a logic. But you will look at the colours of your soul and emotions are the colour of the soul 🥰

Share if this helps you and motivates you to get a canvas and colours, put on a beautiful song and surrender in your emotions through art🙏☺️

"Embrace where you are." 🌿 Sometimes, life feels like a constant race, doesn't it? But what if we hit the pause button and truly savor the present moment?

Finding peace in the now is like being on a calm sea, where everything just flows naturally. It's not always easy, but when we stop to breathe, we often find that growth sneaks in on its own, like wildflowers blooming after a gentle rain.

I remember a time when I was constantly chasing the next big thing, only to realize that the beauty of life was happening right under my nose. By embracing my current chapter, I discovered new opportunities and a sense of fulfillment I didn’t know I was missing.

Let’s make it a habit to cherish the present. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? 🌺

In this artwork, two koi fish form a Yin-Yang symbol—a representation of harmony, balance, and the powerful connection between opposites. 🐟🖤🤍 The flowing lines and vibrant colors capture the energy and grace of the koi, bringing both tranquility and elegance to any space.

Whether as a symbol of calm or a striking piece on the wall, this artwork is perfect for those who appreciate depth and meaning. 🌌💫
