It’s a love/hate thing - industrial pipes 🤬🤩😅 We’ve got quite a few industrial furniture pieces in our new apartment and finally managed to put up the last rack the other night (sorry neighbors 😬). Those innocent looking pipes are quite unnerving to put up, to say the least... but after a little cooling off period, we can really appreciate the end result. 😍 ⁠
(Lydi says our bedroom looks like a clothing store now. I can’t complain 👌😉) ⁠

We’ve been AWOL for a while 👀 - now you know why 😅⁠
⁠
Moving during Covid can get tricky, with furniture stores closed, limited access to rental trucks, restrictions and curfews when driving back and forth... ⁠
⁠
But it’s also got its upsides: Finally something new and exciting after this year of Groundhog Day, exploring new places (and marking all the coffee shops and restaurants we want to go to when they open back up), creating a new home, not so much meeting new people yet, but that time will come as well. ⁠

We are finally starting to get settled in and want to catch up with some new posts. 😁Thanks for sticking around. We appreciate you 💚 ⁠

Balancing work and free time is challenging, especially these days when we're working from home for a large part of the time. Did you know that there are studies claiming that employees work longer hours when working from home? Have you experienced that as well?⁠⠀

It's easy to forget to close the laptop sometimes. So it's even more important now to take your healthy breaks. Go outside, maybe do something silly. You might get a fresh perspective out of it. ✌️🤪⁠⠀
