I don’t think I explicitly shared my new ice blue embroidered silk satin gown that I made for Autricourt last month yet. Of course it’s been in a bunch of group pictures and videos, but I wanted to do a post dedicated to just this beautiful ice queen gown. I just adore this satin silk . It feels like water and the weight of the heavy silver thread and spangle embroidery at the hem makes it drape beautifully. Embroidery on my gown and on my friend Gabi’s gown was custom done by the embroidery workshop I work with.
