WE DID IT!!! 😭🩷 Yesterday, Odd Existence had its very first fashion show. And not just anywhere... at The National Museum. I don’t think I’ve found the words yet 😅 or maybe a few… 😂
For a long time I’ve been dreaming about creating a show that wasn’t about a new collection, but about something much bigger.
A wardrobe built over years.
Old favourites.
New pieces.
Stories.
Craftsmanship.
Personality.
And the belief that clothes are something we live our lives in. Feelings.
Yesterday that dream came to life.
Watching every look walk down the runway... seeing all of you there... hearing your reactions afterwards... I don’t think I’ll ever forget that feeling.
Thank you to every single person who came and shared this moment with us. It meant more than you’ll ever know.
And thank you to every single person who helped make it happen.
To my incredible PR agency .concepts.
To our beautiful models who absolutely owned that runway. Omg!
To the entire crew.
To for capturing it so beautifully.
To , , skondinavia, to my best friend and amazing stylist and ofc .
And to every photographer who documented the day.
This show was never just about me.
It was built by so many talented people.
Today I’m running on very little sleep...
But a very, very full heart. And a little “so what’s next” ??! kind of feeling 😂

Somewhere along the way we decided some dresses were “too special” for everyday life 😳
I never really agreed with that. I want to wear my favourite dress to weddings... AND to buy strawberries on a totally normal thursday 🥰 Both feel worth dressing up for 🍓❤️ Am I right? 🤭

Okay... can we all just take a moment for Malene | krea | broderi | familieliv | bolig? 😮‍💨 Bubble Top (and dress) in Rosie Bloom really had her moment... she’s completely sold out 🌸 But the good news? She’s about to return in the prettiest soft mint pistachio shade 🍈
Coming very soon... And judging by your messages (and orders behind the scenes 🤭) after my little sneak peeks, I have a feeling it won’t stay around for long either 🥲😅🍈💚

Hello Bobbie Beam 👀🩷 My favourite “something’s missing” piece. If an outfit feels like it’s missing something, it’s almost always Bobbie Bean.
I throw it over dresses, shirts, knitwear... It even makes a plain white T-shirt feel more interesting.
Somehow, it just makes everything feel more put together. 🙏🏻

I couldn’t stop thinking about Berry Picking as Boom Balloon Pants. Maybe because pinkish-purple polka dots have always looked their happiest next to green. 🌸🍐 So... here they are. Living their best July with me 🌾 (Not online yet. DM me if you have fallen in love too 💌)

I’ve been jumping from one Danish beach to another these past weeks and one thing has become very clear... Balula has officially become my summer uniform 🌞 as we didn’t already knew that 🤣 I packed a whole suitcase, but I could probably just have packed one Balula top for every day instead 😆They take up almost no space, they’re easy to throw on, and they work with both flowy skirt, Nancy Mamelukes, Boom Balloon Pants and and and 😅 Anyways….

I’m off to collect a few more Danish beaches before August has other plans for me 🫣 I hope you’re having the loveliest summer, wherever you are 💌

This is my husband wearing my favorite stripes “Farveløbere” from EN TUR I PARKEN 🌞 my collaboration with . Seeing someone in their 30s wear the same piece as someone in their 80s makes me so happy 🥹

That’s always been my dream for Odd. I never wanted to make clothes for a certain age. I’m just making clothes for people who love expressing themselves. ❤️‍🔥

I’m not very good at switching off... 😂 Because I LOVE what I do so much 😭🤣🩷 But over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to give it a proper try. Cause a Girl gotta charge her (creative) batteries right ✨

Don’t worry though, Odd isn’t taking a holiday ⛱️
The webshop is open, production continues all summer long, and you’re still very welcome to place your orders. I’ll be checking emails and DMs regularly too, so don’t be shy if you need me. I might just reply with an ice cream in one hand. hehe…🍦😂
The studio will be taking a little break from appointments w.28 and shipping might be just a tiny bit slower than usual while I recharge here and there 🔋🪫

It’s been a busy season. But also one with lots of changes behind the scenes. I feel like I’m finally about to land on my feet again, and this little summer breather feels like exactly what I need before everything that’s waiting around the corner 🤓

Ironically... my plan was actually not to take on any big projects right now. 😂 Well... that didn’t exactly go to plan. Because behind the scenes, I’m working on the biggest Odd project I’ve ever done... and I can’t wait to share it with you later this summer. 🥹

Thank you for always supporting not only Odd, but also the human (me 😆) behind it 🫶🏻 I have a feeling the second half of this summer is going to be very memorable 🩷💭
