الشركة الرائدة في مجال تصنيع الأقمشة القطنية لخدمة مصنعي الملابس و تمتلك نموذج أعمال متكامل رأسياً (التريكو الدائري و الطباعة و الخياطة ) ، مما يضعها فى مقدمة الشركات المنافسة التى تعمل فى نفس المجال .
تأسست الشركة بمدينة حلب عام 1991 تحت اسم هابي وورلد و اهتمت في بداية تأسيسها بصناعة الملابس الداخلية القطنية بالإضافة إلى ( sweetshirt ، T-shirt ) ، و يتم تصديرها إلي عدد
من الدول الأوربية ، و في عام 2010 توسعت فروع المجموعة في قارة أوروبا ( اسبانيا بمدينة مدريد ) و قارة آسيا ( الإمارات العربية المتحدة بمدينة أبو ظبي ) و حققا نجاحًا بارعًا .
في عام 2012 نتيجة للأحداث السياسية اللي حدثت في سوريا تم نقل مقر الشركة إلي مصر بمدينة العاشر من رمضان .
في عام 2020 تم الإعلان عن هابي لايف المتخصصة في انتاج الملابس الداخلية القطنية المناسبة للذكور و الإناث لكافة المراحل العمرية .
