Return and Refund Policy:
- All orders can be cancelled or returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancellations or order return are to be requested through our website or the partner e-commerce platform where the purchase has been completed.
- All cancellations or returns within 14 days of purchase will be free of charge.
- Delivery fees apply on cancelled or returned orders.
- Values for returned or cancelled orders will be done through the same way of purchase.
- The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation request or return of the product in its original box and its condition at the time of purchase. Noting that it varies according to issuing bank policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
