Sella, Taberna, Relleu, Bernia, and Maigmó aren’t just random names to us. They’re the towns, mountains, and ranges of inland Alicante where we grew up. The places where cold mountain days make a good sweater mean everything.

Over 10 years ago, we packed our bags and headed to Portugal. Back then, it felt like uncharted territory, nobody was really manufacturing there yet.

Fast forward to today, and a lot has changed.
