Sigo intercalando alguna costura de otoño/invierno entre las de verano, y cuando vi el patrón Alta de vestido de sudadera de no me pude resistir. Enseguida lo visualicé con este french terry de flores combinada con el color crema. Me encanta esta tela y sólo me queda un retalito que ya tengo claro en qué lo voy a usar (en breve os lo enseñaré también).

En este patrón puedes escoger entre cuello normal, capucha y este que yo cosí, que me enamoró 😍 tengo debilidad por este tipo de cuellos...

También incluye un bajo recto y otra opción un poquito más larga, por la rodilla.

Si prefieres un bolsillo canguro típico de este estilo de sudaderas también lo tienes, pero ya tengo varias así, y me apeteció darle un toque diferente.

I’m still mixing in some autumn/winter sewing projects alongside my summer ones, and when I saw the Alta sweatshirt dress pattern from , I couldn't resist. I immediately pictured it made with this floral french terry combined with cream fabric.

I love this fabric; I only have a tiny scrap left, but I already know exactly what I’ll use it for (I’ll show you that soon, too).

With this pattern, you can choose between a standard neckline, a hood, and the style I sewed—which I absolutely fell in love with 😍. I have a soft spot for necklines like this...

It also offers a straight hem option and a slightly longer version that hits at the knee.

If you prefer the classic kangaroo pocket typical of this style of sweatshirt, that’s an option too—but since I already have several like that, I wanted to give this one a different touch.

Todavía hace calor para pantalones largos, pero hay que ir pensando en las costuras de otoño. Me cosí estos pantalones básicos de corte semi-fit en un azul marino bastante ponible y combinable con todo y, además, ¡con bolsillos! Ese toque diferente se lo da la cinturilla triangular en la parte trasera.

It’s still too warm for long trousers, but it’s time to start thinking about autumn sewing projects. I sewed these basic, semi-fitted trousers in a very wearable navy blue that goes with everything—and they have pockets, too! The triangular back waistband adds a unique touch.

Este fin de semana estuvimos en el Parque Warner de (nota mental: "no volver a Madrid en agosto") así que necesitaba algo fresco, cómodo y que secara rápido. Camisetas y tops ya tenía, pero pantalones cortos que no fueran de deporte andaba algo más escasa, así que me cosí unos en doble gasa en color blanco, con el patrón Junie de Este patrón también tiene una opción lisa sin volantes ni fruncidos, pero me tiene enamorada esta versión.

Ya había cosido dos el verano pasado también en doble gasa, en la versión larga (uno liso y otro con los fruncidos) para mi (son mis pantalones preferidos para las noches de verano en las que ya empieza a hacer algo de fresco) y en corto para mi hija, y desde ese momento me había quedado con ganas de hacerme unos cortos para mí, así que vi la ocasión perfecta 😁

We spent the weekend at Parque Warner in (mental note: "don't go back to Madrid in August"), so I needed something cool, comfortable, and quick-drying. I already had T-shirts and tops, but I was a bit short on shorts that weren't athletic wear, so I sewed a pair out of white double gauze using the Junie pattern by .

I had already sewn them last summer—also in double gauze—making the long version for myself (they’re my favorite pants for summer evenings when it starts to get a bit chilly) and the short version for my daughter. I’d been wanting to make a pair of shorts for myself ever since, so I saw the perfect opportunity 😁

Creo que esta es una de las telas más coloridas que tengo, me quedaba un retal y me pareció perfecto para esta camiseta, aunque me da un poco de toc no haber casado las rayas... pero es que con la tela que tenía no podía hacerlo de otra manera, no había forma de casar rayas y respetar el hilo 😆

Es este conjunto de camiseta y pantalón con sobrefalda, o falda pantalón, como lo queráis llamar. Viene en varios largos, tanto la camiseta, como la falda y el pantalón interior, que incorpora unos bolsillos super prácticos. La falda puedes hacerla más cerrada o más abierta, la mía es la opción más abierta y con el largo intermedio.
