Inmaculada Garcia being just sixteen initiated her studies in design and pattern studies. Once she became twenty-one, she opened her first full dress “prêt-à-porter” shop. By then, and as per her client requests, she started designing customized and handmade
bridal gown. Due to the success achieved she decided to create her own line “Inmaculada Garcia Novias”, and started participating in exhibitions and Bridal fairs. Back in 2003, she founded her first Atelier in Barcelona city center, making one of her dreams come truth by being able to attend her clients in a spacious and glamorous surface. Since 2008 she has being participating in the International exhibition “BRIDAL WEEK” and since 2011 in the "PASARELA GAUDÍ" exhibiting this year 2015 the new collection “GOLDEN SUNSHINE”
Nowadays Inmaculada Garcia has reached an total expansion phase and can count on more than eighty selling point not only national but international as well, and being able to perfectly separate manufacturing from selling areas. The main boutique is located in the most iconic district of Barcelona, near from Paseo de Gracia, sited in a modernistic building from 1900 and graded as historic and art heritage of Barcelona. Inmaculada Garcia, on her 41 is a design prodigy that has decided to invest all her creativity in producing bridal gowns, evening dresses and complements (which are fully designed by herself). Her personal hallmark is the special way to treat the weave and her great imagination in reconstructing the clothing, as well as her outstanding fantasy in the details and finishing, which turn her into a texture artisan. Her vision of the bride reflects the contemporary women leading their own dreams, so that by involving them in the design process and makes possible reflecting in the dress their own personality, visible in every detail. Supported by the team that has kept since her beginnings, Inmaculada Garcia keeps betting on the handcrafted work with a national seal.
