These bad boys are leaving the workshop today, heading to their new owners!

A little bit of everything in this batch, different styles, different felts and even some Toquilla straw.

I love putting all the hats together and taking one last look at them before packing them up and sending them to their new owners all around the world. It also makes me look back and see how much my work has evolved since the very beginning.

Created in collaboration with 70000TONS OF METAL, I wanted this piece to look as if it had spent years at the bottom of the ocean — submerged, corroded and slowly destroyed by salt and time.

Every detail was aged by hand to create that feeling: the worn black felt, the oxidized metal, the distressed snakeskin and the battered finish, as if the hat had its own story long before it was ever found.

A one-of-a-kind cowboy hat created for Andy Piller, founder and CEO of 70000TONS OF METAL.

DISASTERPIECE

A classic bowler pushed far beyond its traditional roots.

Disasterpiece takes the unmistakable rounded silhouette of a bowler and transforms it through heavy distressing, aged textures and a raw, almost metallic finish. A destroyed and frayed grosgrain band, finished with subtle chain details, completes its worn and brutal character.

Every mark, scar and imperfection has been deliberately created by hand, giving the hat the appearance of a piece that has survived decades of abuse rather than something newly made.

A military-inspired peaked cap, exclusively customized for the Reverend, featuring his signature MM initials embroidered in Gothic red lettering, matching red piping, a braided black cord, and a glossy black visor.

This custom hat was inspired by “Black Sun” by Primal Fear.

Entirely handmade from start to finish, featuring one of my signature skulls sculpted directly into the crown.

For this piece I went for a completely black, distressed finish, combining different textures and shades of black throughout the felt. The decoration features aged leather, braided details, black feathers and metal elements, all finished by hand to match the worn look of the hat.

A simple color palette, but a lot of work went into the textures, aging and details to give the whole piece depth and character.

Custom Turquoise Trail cowboy hat, entirely made by hand from start to finish.

Deep black felt, heavily distressed and aged by hand, finished with a textured leather hatband, antique silver details, turquoise stones and feathers.

Every mark, every texture and every detail has been individually worked to give this piece its own character.

Inspired by the Old West, blending its raw and timeless spirit with the dark energy of rock & heavy metal.

Arthur Morgan Hat Creation.

This is the hat you’ve asked me about the most over the past seven years. Even though I’m not a video game fan, I’ve finally decided to bring it to life.

Handcrafted using one of the first Hat block my father made for me, this choice was key to achieving the exact shape of the hat’s crown.

I tried to recreate the crown, the brim, and the overall texture of the hat as faithfully as possible to the references photos I used.

Deep black distressed felt, a hand-shaped Skull cowboy crown and brim, finished with black snakeskin, aged leather, heavy chain and hand-stitched details.

At the heart of the design, my signature skull emerges directly from the crown — sculpted as part of the hat itself rather than added as an ornament. A single red detail breaks through the completely black finish.

Raw textures, imperfections and wear are deliberately worked into every surface, giving the piece the character of something that has already lived a lifetime.
