We are looking to hire a top-class WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive
and functional websites. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end
development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site
integration and security updates.
You should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for
aesthetics, and strong content management skills. You will be required to create attractive,
user-friendly websites to meet the design and functionality specifications assigned.

You will also be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing studio-quality photos and videos
for internal and external purposes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in
graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Responsibilities:
● Website design and functions, being able to start from the concept phase until completion,
● Designing and building the website front-end.
● Designing and implementing new features and functionality
● Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
● Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
● Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and
plugin.
● Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
● Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
● Conducting website performance tests.
● Troubleshooting content issues.
● Conducting WordPress training with the client.
● Monitoring the performance of the live website.
● Produce and edit content and build a library of amazing product and services videos, hiring
videos and any other types of videos company may need
● Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
● Work with our creative teammates
● Regularly collaborate with marketing team
● Follow company's brand guidelines
● Present to senior management
● Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
● Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
● Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for
clients.
● Working with different content management systems.
● Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
● Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
● Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
● Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

*WordPress Developer Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
● Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer / video specialist of similar role
● Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
● Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
● Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
● Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
● Ability to project manage.
● Good communication skills.
● Experience in using video and editing equipment
● Creative thinker
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
● Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

platforms and browsers
● Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

● Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
