For the first time in four years, I truly enjoyed July in Ibiza.

Not because I worked less.
But because, for the first time in a long time, I allowed myself to trust.

Building a company often means carrying everything on your shoulders. At least, that’s how I lived it for years.

This summer reminded me that leadership isn’t about controlling everything.

Sometimes it’s about letting go.
Trusting your team.
Laughing a little more.
Dancing.
Swimming in the sea.
Remembering that life isn’t waiting for you at the finish line.

It’s happening now.
