LA LOBA was born from a desire to create fashion differently.
After many years in the industry, Carla and me witnessed how often words like conscious, ethical and sustainable were used without truly reflecting the reality behind a garment. So we chose another way - one rooted in small batches rather than mass production, natural fibres that honour the body, recycled materials where possible and long-term relationships with the people who create our pieces.

Our garments are crafted in small family-run productions in Portugal. Our scarves are co-created through beautiful relationships in India Carla fostered on her travels there. Our jewellery is made from recycled silver and our bags from upcycled materials.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is produced in excess.

It’s a very different path and pace and we are humbled, excited, yet most of all, we are simply grateful.

Grateful for every woman who chooses to support this vision. Grateful for those of you returning for your fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh LA LOBA order. Grateful every time we receive a photograph of one of you wearing these creations somewhere in this wild, wonderful world.
