No studio.
No perfect light.
No carefully composed frame.

Just a piece that has arrived, finally seen in someone else’s world.

This bracelet took countless hours, stitches, decisions, undoing and doing all over again.

And then comes this moment:

It is no longer just something I made.
It has become something someone chose.

And somehow, that is one of the most beautiful parts of making by hand. 🤍

And sometimes, the sweetest part of creating is seeing what happens when a piece finally reaches its new home.

From the way everything was carefully packed, to the moment the pieces were finally seen in person…

That is the moment you realise all those hours, all that patience, and every single stitch were worth it.

Openwork knitwear and crochet found their golden age in the late 1960s and especially throughout the 1970s, carried by the handmade spirit of the Hippie and Boho movements.

Open stitches, bare skin, flowing shapes and the freedom to make something with your own hands became part of a new language of fashion.

It wasn’t about perfection.
It was about freedom, individuality and making something that could be yours — and yours alone.

🇪🇸Antes de que “handmade” se convirtiera en una etiqueta, era una forma de vida.

El punto calado y el crochet vivieron su época dorada a finales de los años 60 y, especialmente, durante los años 70, impulsados por el espíritu handmade de los movimientos Hippie y Boho.

Porque una pieza así no se entiende solo de lejos.

La puntada es parte de su identidad.

El pecho, en algodón francés blanco, fino y mate, trabajado en una estructura abierta de cola de pavo real.

El cuerpo, en azul celeste metalizado, cambia completamente de estructura con el lace stitch.

Y en el escote y las sisas, un pequeño detalle de crochet: un rollito en punto cangrejo, en relieve.

Incluso el acabado tiene una razón.

Nada aquí es decoración. Todo forma parte del diseño.
