We’re conducting a small independent study on access and affordability of vision-rehabilitation services for people affected by vision loss, particularly macular degeneration — including patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
This is a brief, fully anonymous (5-minute) survey designed to understand what people consider fair and realistic pricing for this type of support. There is no sales component, and no personal data is collected.
We’d appreciate it if you could share this with anyone who might find it relevant, or who is affected by macular degeneration or vision loss.
