Today we’re bringing you a curated selection of 1970s Gucci knitwear, presented in a range of variations and silhouettes.

- Linen cable knit with a sailor-style button shoulder
- Blue gradient mohair sweater
- Shetland V-neck with leather inserts with square G monogram

We can trace subtle similarities with designs from later decades, particularly during Tom Ford’s era at Gucci, where color-block mohair knits and the iconic squared “G” motif became recurring elements.
