What a race! Kona never disappoints, delivering a brutal race that doesn’t care about names, titles, or social media followers. It was simply fantastic.

A heartfelt thank-you to all the athletes who visited our stand, learned about Active Cooling, and chose our products for their race, including those developed with our partners Velotoze and Purpose. Your encouraging words are the best reward for us.

More products, more partnerships, and some nice surprises are coming soon. In the meantime, if you’re going to Ironman Cozumel in November, come visit us at our booth!
Thanks again, and stay cool!

What a blast! Last week, we attended the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawai’i. Our goal was to bring our Active Cooling solutions to the athletes racing and help them overcome the extreme heat that usually hits athletes competing on the Big Island.

And the response couldn’t have been better. Our solutions received an exceptional response from coaches and athletes, who enthusiastically embraced them during the race. If you were in Hawai’i, you surely saw how many athletes were wearing our Glacier Hat (or those of our partners), our Glacier Towel, and even the Glacier Gloves with ice inserted in the palms! Also, some pros tested the Berg, our newest cooling bandana, as well as some Active Cooling solutions for helmets.

We are humbled by all the positive feedback we received. It encourages us to keep innovating and adding value in the space as the leading experts in sports thermoregulation.

Next up is Ironman Cozumel. It will be a hot one too, so come visit us at the expo and experience for yourself what everybody is talking about with these Active Cooling solutions!

Warming up is a delicate balance: you need to activate your muscles without overheating before the race even begins. During the Tour de France, Team Lotto used a simple but effective approach:

1. Put the fans to work.
2. Fully saturate the Glacier Vest with water to activate its cooling effect.
3. Warm up the muscles while keeping body temperature under control.

This pre-race cooling tactic allows riders to gain the full benefits of their warm-up protocol without starting the race already overheated.

Warm muscles. Controlled temperature. Ready to race. ❄️🚴

🔥 Tested at the world’s toughest foot race.

The Badwater® 135 takes athletes across 217 km of exposed roads through California’s Death Valley, crossing three mountain ranges and climbing more than 4,400 metres before reaching Whitney Portal.

In 2026, temperatures exceeded 50°C — putting performance, resilience and thermoregulation under extreme pressure.

Carmen Maria Perez relied on the Glacier Hat throughout her remarkable race at Badwater® 135:

“During Badwater, with temperatures exceeding 50°C, any help to combat the heat was essential. The Ultra Cool Tech hat became one of my greatest allies during the 21 hours of racing. My support team soaked it every time I reached the car, keeping it activated and providing the cooling sensation I needed so badly. During the sections where I could not reach the car, I was able to reapply water myself using the soft flask I carried with me. Its small front pocket also allowed me to add ice, providing even more cooling during."

Congratulations to Carmen for an extraordinary performance. She completed the race in 21:05:32, smashing the previous women’s course record and even finishing faster than the previous men’s course record. Her incredible time earned her second place overall and established a new women’s course record at the Badwater® 135!

Carmen also ran to support two initiatives raising awareness and funds for children with rare diseases: MARTINA ES MI ÁNGEL and Aurrera Markelekin Adelante Con Markel. Martina and Markel are also part of this success! We encourage you to visit their profiles, learn more about their stories and support these important causes.
