Fides Pro Riiassa ompelee FRENNin kesän pellavatuotteet.

Se on suomalaisomisteinen tehdas Latviassa, jossa valmistetaan meille myös takkeja, housuja, kauluspaitoja ja t-paitoja. Viime vuonna 74 % kaikista ommelluista tuotteistamme valmistettiin samassa tehtaassa.

Pellava sopii kesään, koska se hengittää, tuntuu kevyeltä ja pehmenee käytössä. M***a meille on yhtä tärkeää, että vaate valmistetaan lähellä ja yhteistyössä tekijöiden kanssa, jotka tunnemme.

Vierailemme tehtailla itse ennen yhteistyön aloittamista ja sen jälkeen säännöllisesti. Näin voimme seurata tuotantoa, työn laatua ja pitää toimitusketjun mahdollisimman selkeänä.

Lopputuloksena on pellavavaate, jota on helppo käyttää arjessa ja jonka tausta on helppo kertoa avoimesti.

Vinkit kesäpukeutumiseen.

Kesäpukeutuminen helpottuu, kun muutama vaate toimii monessa tilanteessa.

Kevyt pikkutakki ja mukavat housut ovat hyvä lähtökohta. Yhdessä ne sopivat siistimpään menoon, m***a erikseen niitä voi käyttää arjessa, toimistolla, lomalla ja kesän menoissa.

FRENNin pikkutakit ovat kevytrakenteisia ja mukavia päällä. Jussi- ja Jesse-takit ovat täysin vuorittomia ja kotona pestäviä. Jere-takissa vuori on vain hihoissa, mikä tekee pukemisesta helppoa m***a pitää takin kevyenä.

Pellava hengittää, kuivuu nopeasti ja tuntuu mukavalta myös lämpiminä päivinä. Kun vaate istuu rennosti eikä liian napakasti, ilma pääsee kiertämään ihon ja kankaan välissä. FRENNin pellavakankaat pestään ennen ompelua, jotta vaate tuntuu pehmeältä jo ensimmäisellä käyttökerralla.

Pellavamallisto on saapunut myymälään.

Pellava on tehty kesään. Se hengittää, imee kosteutta ja kuivuu nopeasti, joten se tuntuu viileältä ja mukavalta myös lämpiminä päivinä.

FRENNin pellavakankaat pestään ennen ompelua, jotta vaate tuntuu pehmeältä jo ensimmäisellä käyttökerralla. Pellavan luonnollinen elävyys, kevyt rypistyminen ja himmeä kiilto kuuluvat materiaalin luonteeseen.

FRENNin puku ei ole vain puku. Käytä takkia ja housuja yhdessä tai yhdistä ne erikseen t-paidan, chinojen, overshirtin tai kevyen neuleen kanssa.

We shared earlier that Antti was in Rome.

The trip was not only about meetings, but about staying close to the materials behind our products.

Time was spent with suppliers, going through fabrics and understanding how they behave in real use. Many of the materials we use come from Italy, where fabric development is built on long experience.

At the same time, the day moves on as usual. Meetings, lunch, time in the city, dinner.
The same clothes throughout.

That is a starting point in our design work. Pieces that do not need to be changed during the day, and materials that keep their shape and feel good from morning to evening.
