One truckload later… 🇫🇷 → 🇫🇮

This was our last load from France. Since then, most of these pieces have already been sold, restored or found their way into the showroom, with a few still available.

And now we’re doing it all over again. A new truckload is arriving from France next weekend. 👀

For our European customers, this also means a great opportunity for delivery from Finland to Europe. Our own driver will be on the road between France and Finland, so we can arrange direct transport for many of our currently available pieces. Faster, easier and handled by us all the way.

Happy 94th Birthday to the legendary Eero Aarnio.

Few designers have challenged conventions quite like Eero Aarnio. At a time when furniture was expected to follow familiar forms, he chose to imagine something entirely different. The result was a collection of designs that remain as playful, futuristic and recognisable today as when they were first introduced.

The Ball Chair is perhaps the ultimate example of this vision. More than just a chair, it became an icon of Finnish design and a symbol of bold creativity proving that furniture can be functional, sculptural and fun all at the same time.

Happy birthday and thank you for your extraordinary contribution to Finnish and international design. Your works remind the world that great design doesn’t have to take itself too seriously.

Joskus pitää lentää maapallon toiselle puolelle nähdäkseen, miltä suomalainen design parhaimmillaan näyttää ✈️

Henry kävi tsekkaamassa TWA Flight Centerin JFK-lentokentällä New Yorkissa, ja kyllä, se oli reissun arvoinen. Rakennuksen takana on nimi, joka kuulostaa tutulta melkein jokaiselle designista kiinnostuneelle suomalaiselle, m***a tarina ei ole ihan niin yksinkertainen kuin miltä ensin näyttää.

Normally, our showroom is open by appointment only, but on Sunday 2.8. and Sunday 16.8. we’re doing something we’ve never done before: anyone is welcome to walk in, explore the space and experience our collection at their own pace.

Whether you’re looking for a specific piece, searching for inspiration, or simply curious to see what our showroom is all about, we’d love to welcome you.

We’ll have free coffee, the entire Pino Interiors team will be there throughout the day, and we’re happy to share the stories behind the furniture, answer questions and help you find the right pieces for your home.

To make the visit even easier, we’re also offering free delivery in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa for all purchases made during the event.
