Over the years I am so blessed to have discovered ortho-bionomy and yoga so it can help me do that!
Surfing is very important to me and I wish to be able to surf until I can no longer walk!
Surfing is not easy!
Surfing requires strength, flexibility, resilience, patience, determination... When I’m not in the water I’m glad I’ve got tools that help me train to surf better when.
