A SIMPLE STORY
It all began with a profound love for utility garments, enriching our day-to-day, fitting seamlessly into our modern wardrobes. The White Briefs set off on a journey to develop undergarments with a functional aesthetic. Consequently, a brand manifest was drafted in the quiet isolated studio tucked away on the Southern Swedish countryside, surrounded by the raw sweeping elements. Hum

anity and environmental & corporate responsibility were set as key to this conceptual approach. One that stands for timeless quality, minimalistic designs, incorporating the highest qualities of organic GOTS certified fabrics. In these modern times, customers seek for garments that appeal to a contemporary ‘‘less is more’’ aesthetic. Such wardrobe pieces are everlasting, locally sourced and in line with the global zeitgeist. In its early beginnings, The White Briefs presented its directional collections in Berlin, Paris and Florence. It quickly acquired a following amongst key concept stores, who shared the brands' love for durable and minimalist design without compromising on comfortable functionality. This story also leads us to another integral part of The White Briefs that of sartorial interaction and pensive dialogues on fashion. The studio has been able to secure challenging and innovative collaborations, which have added another aspirational touch to the line. Examples are Fantastic Man Magazine, Nick Wooster, Stephen Burks and Peter Lindbergh amongst others. Equipped with a solid philosophy and this directional selection of capsule collections, the brand is profoundly aware and in dialogue with its target customer. A bespoke traveller, who enjoys the good things in life, feels liberated and aims to interact freely. The functional designs thus shape a perfect backdrop for handling any sartorial challenges in our busy day-to-day. It is this quest for seamless utilitarianism that defines the essentialism of The White Briefs
