Join us at the Château de Jossigny for this last day of "Journées Européennes du patrimoine" & discover linen in all its forms & learn everything there is to know about France's intangible cultural heritage! The perennial cultivation of textile flax in Europe has a long tradition that dates back to the early Middle Ages, from Caen to Amsterdam.
From seed to fabric, you'll be able to observe the stages in the transformation of linen & watch the creative process of an organic linen jacquard.
During your visit, you'll be able to admire the work of the Château's resident craftsmen and women.
