Our new family member, a very refreshing and mineral Blanc de Noirs, still white wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes 🍇 from the vineyard Marcotte. Harvested at 11.5 degrees alcohol to keep the natural acidity. Direct full bunch pressing and fermented in stainless steel and aged on it’s fine lees for 6 months with a one weekly stirring / bâtonage. Available at nr 1 hotel at the Côte d’Azur, Le Cap Eden Roc and a few restaurants in our region. Small production so be quickly to discover this amazing white wine.
