Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself or for others to say STOP for any form of discrimination, violence and violence against women and children, abuse at home among your family, ABUSE AT YOUR SHARED HOME/ COLLOCATION and remember to RESPECT and simply give your seat in the bus or metro or give your helping hand to a disable or old person you come across.
