Over-salted soup can be salvaged in two ways. Dip cheesecloth with a small amount of unsalted porridge into it and boil it, the porridge will absorb excess salt. The second way: dip a tablespoon with a cube of refined sugar into the soup. When the sugar begins to melt, take out the spoon, repeat the procedure several times, changing the sugar cubes.
