How do you actually carry and close a Birkin? 👀💛

We get this question all the time, but it’s actually much simpler than it looks.

Most of the time, we don’t wear our Birkins fully closed. Leaving the flap open, or simply bringing the straps forward, keeps the bag easy to access while still looking polished.

If you do want to close it completely, the key is to take your time:
• bring the flap over the top
• gently press the sides in
• guide the straps through the hardware
• secure everything with the turn lock

And if you want, you can even add the lock with the key safely stored in the clochette.
Personally, we prefer the Birkin a little more relaxed and open. It feels easier, softer and much more effortless.
