Christian Louboutin – after years of being a loyal fan, this is where we part ways.

I purchased leather shoes for over €1000, but they clearly had a quality issue. Despite this, I was repeatedly told they were “non-repairable” and “non-exchangeable.” I brought the shoes in for repair six months ago, and when they were finally returned, they came back stuffed in a paper bag. For a brand at this level, I would expect at the very least they would be polished and returned in a box.

Over these past six months, I’ve reached out multiple times, but all I received was the same response from the assistant: “no repairs, no exchanges.” The person in charge never responded to my emails or calls.

I hope Christian Louboutin takes this matter seriously and reconsiders how they handle such issues.
