For SS27, Alexander Sagio, Creative Director of the brand, draws inspiration from contrasting approaches to identity — from Marie Antoinette, who constructed her public image through spectacle, to Veruschka, who explored identity through transformation and metamorphosis. This idea of identity as something fluid and constantly shifting is reflected in the collection’s central water motif: still, it creates an image; in motion, it breaks apart and reforms. Through these references, REMIX XVIII REBORN explores how identity is continuously constructed, transformed, and rediscovered.
The collection debuted at Milan Fashion Week, bringing these ideas to life through the visual language of the presentation.
