Responsibilities:
Create and prepare graphics, motion graphics, video editing, images, and other visual elements for Print and Digital Formats.
Social media and digital marketing efforts.
Revise company website, as needed.
Coordinate proposals, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with business development team.
Create posts on social networks
Organize digital folders of our assets (photos, graphics, etc.).
Create advertisements and manage ad deadlines.
Content marketing creation, Photos should be retouched for all the social media posts and campagns.
Skill Set:
Formulating high quality written and visual content for campagns.
Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Monitoring all social media activity and review competitive use of social media channels and determine implications.
Growing follower base and responding to and engaging community and influencers.
Understand and maintain client brand guidelines.
Analyzing social media insights, drawing out implications and refining programs accordingly.
Creating and using social media management tools
Excellent concept, digital creative strategy, design, layout, color, composition, brand, UI/UX, typography, and communication skills.
A clear understanding of how to execute cutting-edge design in digital (email, mobile, websites, social, digital display ads, etc.) and print (flyers, brochures, logo, posters, ads, project datasheets, signage, etc.) mediums, with consideration for the consumption methods of the user/target audience.
Able to create compelling and appealing combinations of verbal and visual communications that meet specific campaign goals and drive results.
Advising clients to determine desired message and which media, format, and style to deliver message to the target audience.
Analyze marketing data and make appropriate strategic recommendations.
Strong time management and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Possibility to generate creative options for assigned projects from concept to completion.
Savvy of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and Instagram.
Knowledge of photography and video
Understand and maintain customer brand guidelines.
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 10 years experience recommended
Without degree 5 to 10 years.
Strong Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, XD, Animate, Campagn, After effects, Premier pro, Spark, Lightroom), Final cut Pro & Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook etc.) is required.
Motion design skills are a plus A thorough knowledge of social media platforms + best creative and strategic practices.
Basic knowledge of WordPress, CSS, JS and HTML
Experience with knowledge of content marketing and inbound marketing, best practices for SEO and digital marketing.
You have experience in social media marketing on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram.
An understanding of digital marketing analysis and design requirements on social platforms is beneficial.
Bonus points if you have experience in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and / or with 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D or Maya.
Fluency in English and French is a plus.
