De las cosas que más disfruté cuando fui « nounou » (amo este nombre para decir « niñera ») fue lo que yo llamé ‘dibujar a pedido' just for fun y para entretenernos 🍃 Recuerdo que Antonio me pedía dibujar monstruos que comían muchos postres, animales fantásticos, murciélagos magos, carros estrafalarios y pare-ud.-de-contar 💭 Todo esto en situaciones diversas que iban desde: tranquilos en casa, yendo en bus a un sitio o mientras esperábamos que Charlotte saliera de la esgrima 🎢🤺 Siempre lo recordaré como un ejercicio increíble porque era fascinante la intensidad de su imaginación y porque recuerdo claramente que finalmente yo era solo una vía para que sus ojitos ávidos vieran lo invisible 👁✨️👁

One of the things I enjoyed most when I was a « nounou » (I love this French word for « nanny ») was what I called “drawing on demand”—just for fun and to keep us entertained 🍃 I remember Antonio asking me to draw monsters that ate lots of desserts, fantastic animals, magical bats, outrageous cars, and the list goes on 💭 All of this in different situations, from quiet moments at home, to taking the bus somewhere, to waiting for Charlotte to finish fencing practice 🎢🤺 I will always remember it as an incredible exercise, because the intensity of his imagination was fascinating, and because I clearly remember that, in the end, I was simply a vehicle for his eager little eyes to see the invisible 👁✨️👁
