🐻 THE FORWARD DEPARTMENT IS NOW OPEN 🏉
If your child plays Prop, Ho**er, Lock or Back Row and wants to take their game to the next level, this is the program built specifically for them.
Too often, forwards don't receive the position-specific coaching they need. The Forward Department changes that.

Over 6 fortnightly sessions, athletes will receive specialist coaching in:
💥 Scrum Technique
💥 Tackling & Contact Skills
💥 Ball Carry & Footwork
💥 Breakdown & Jackal Technique
💥 Cleanouts
💥 Lineout Skills
💥 Position-Specific Game Understanding

Every athlete will also receive an exclusive Forge & Field polo, shorts and cap, with numbers strictly limited to ensure every player receives individual coaching and feedback.

Program Details
📍 Yeppoon / Rockhampton Region (Athletes must be from the local area)
🗓️ 6 x 2-hour sessions (held fortnightly)
👥 Maximum 10 athletes
💰 $1,000+gst

The time has come. Planning is still on but we are happy to push out the first night of what will become Central Queensland's first All Inclusive Dance and Karaoke nights. This will be a monthly event (fortnightly if possible) but this way if you cannot make one event, you can come to the next. I have some local businesses and organisations already wanting to jump on board and support. PM me if this is you as well.

Future Dates at venue: 7th August, 18th September, 18th of December
Venue: Frenchville Sports Club - 105 Clifton St, Frenchville.
Keep in mind the above dates is only for Frenchville sports club. I have a few more venues jumping onboard including in Emu Park and Yeppoon so more dates this year will be added in the next week or so.

Not a holiday. Not a getaway.
A week of learning, observing, asking questions becoming certified, and getting around people operating at the highest level.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the coaching staff at ACT Brumbies and gain insight into what high performance really looks like behind the scenes.

Mixed in with catching up with mates still getting after it on the field, it was a timely reminder that growth comes from the rooms you're willing to walk into and the people you're willing to learn from.

Left with pages of notes, fresh ideas, and a few things that challenged the way I think.

The goal stays the same:
keep learning, keep evolving, and keep finding ways to raise the standard.
