The perks of selling antiques .. I don’t have to make do with a camping chair in the middle of a field, I’ve got a leather chesterfield armchair !
That was a nice leisurely evening set up ready for tomorrow at Detling Showground. Scott’s got the camping stove on and we’re settling in for the night sleeping in Myfanwy ! Nos da x

Third day out selling in a row, and this time iInternational Antiques & Collectors Fairs (IACF) so although it’ll be the usual eclectic mix, I don’t have Clare with me to beautifully curate and make everything look like a magazine spread.

So you’ll have to take me as you find me — a van full of good pieces, a stand built on graft rather than choreography, and the honest sort of setup that comes from doing the miles.

I’ll be somewhere between organised chaos and quiet determination.

A new venue for us here at Fullhurst Community College in Leicester, today’s fair run by Stags Head Events. It’s a busy set up with lots of stalls both inside and out .. we’re in the courtyard until 3pm so if you’re in the area pop along and say hello

All set up at the lovely civic hall in Landeilo for today’s fair courtesy of Derwen Antiques. We’re outside overlooking the church , such a lovely backdrop ! The weathers looking good so why not pop along and see what treasures you can find. BBC Bargain Hunt are filming too so a great atmosphere here today.
