This is the time of year we typically start to see lots of red tones coming through in the high street and it’s probably the most common colour I get questions about!

So what can you pair it with ….

Personally I love styling it with chocolate or taupe tones but if you want to go a little bolder , why not try a on trend red and teal combo!

Wow this weather is really forcing us to be in our autumn feels 😂

In all honesty - I’m not complaining! The high-street has some gorgeous pieces at the moment! Classic knitwear and layering is the go to but im loving the autumnal prints too. Checks , plaids and tartan are making a comeback for this season making them a great piece to add some interest to an everyday look.

Mutton dressed as lamb! I can’t wear that colour anymore! It doesn’t fit anymore! I hate my wardrobe …

We put so much pressure on ourselves to wear what we always have done, to pick something out of our wardrobe from 5 years ago and expect it to fit the same. Our bodies change and it’s NORMAL! We also put so much pressure on ourselves to fit into a societal norm - wearing what others wear or what we think we should be wearing.

The secret is … your personal style comes from YOU! What you like, what you love and who you are.

You don’t hate getting dressed, you hate that your wardrobe doesn’t reflect the new or current version of you.
