You guys are keeping me so busy I need to take a little break to catch up!
Don’t worry if we have already talked, you’re still booked in, but I’m afraid I need to close to new jobs for a couple of weeks to get on top of what’s already in my workroom!

A little family situation has called me away from Abergavenny for a little while. Everything will be fine but it means I won’t be around for alterations for the next week, sorry! I’ve closed to new alterations for now as I’m aware there will be a bit of a catching up period once I’m back, but it should be too long 🤞🤞

Happy New Year!
After a poorly virus- filled Christmas I’m back in The Wool Croft Tue-Fri 10-2.30, as you can see though my alterations rail is full-to-bursting with outstanding jobs 😬 current turnaround time is about 3 weeks while I try to catch up!

My workshop is full to bursting with alterations and projects to get ready before Xmas so here’s a little warning that from Friday I won’t be able to squeeze anything else in!

Thank you everyone for keeping me so busy recently, I really appreciate all the love and recommendations 😍 I’ve become SO busy Ive had to make the decision to close my books to new alterations until early April! Don’t worry if we’ve already talked and you’re booked in, that’s still ok, just new enquires will have to wait until April. Thank you again for all your support 🥰

Some trouser pocket mending today 😍

Quite a common problem with well loved jeans are rips and tears in the crotch/bum area and on the inner thigh. A simple fix though, a bit of a patch on the inside and lots of stabilising little zip-zags give these jeans a new lease of life!
