Polly Aberystwyth Unique and Quirky Boutiques Polly Aberystwyth was founded in 1993 by Polly and Ade Leonard, who first met in the small village of Tregaron in 1984.

They began their ventures by attending Bath Antiques market, selling quirky and interesting objects collected along their travels and day to day life. Their business soon began to grow whilst selling and discovering more and more interesting things! The first Polly shop opened in Aberystwyth over 30 years ago in 1993. Today, Polly has evolved into 2 beautiful and individual destination boutiques,

all situated in Aberystwyth, featuring beautiful curated collections of the best in independent Womenswear, Footwear, Jewellry, Giftware and Home ware.

Today I very happily spent hours putting out a whole new collection of the Soyaconcept Sample Sale. Gorgeous berry colours, soft rose pinks and greens to take us into late Summer. My favourite kind of Sunday, I absolutely love messing about with the rails 😂, especially when there’s lots of new stuff to play with. Thanks again To my other half for bravely steaming and hanging it all in this hot weather again!

Honestly ridiculous how satisfying this is to me, even after 33 years of Polly shops! This is our shop on the square today, a lovely big delivery all beautifully merchandised by Hannah!

Nice early start this morning topping up the Soyaconcept Sample Sale. Such a busy first day yesterday, so Ade was busy steaming in the back room before the sun comes up! (actually a cool sea mist this morning made it easier.) He didn’t want to be in the photograph, but he did all the hard work!, while I put it out and made the rails look nice😃. Lovely Tara looking after you all today, we are heading off to Cardiff for my youngest Lily’s graduation 🥰, looks like it’s really hot down there…..

🎉🎉SUMMER SAMPLE SALE 🎉🎉has begun! Stayed very late last night and came in very early so we could steam all the samples and make the rails look beautiful before the heat! Not that I’m complaining, I love the sample sale, each piece is different, it’s so fun! And everyone loves it, creates such a happy buzz in the shop🥰 as always, absolute bargains, individual pieces. A lovely way to get some heatwave ready outfits, have some fun without spending a fortune!###
