Fellow crafters! Do you have a bag that you keep you knitting needles or crochet hooks in?
Make up artists, do you carry a big case around with your brushes and tools in?

I have just the answer. A hook/brush/needle/paintbrush roll. It can be made with an open top as in this picture, beautifully modelled by Sandi's crochet hooks, or it can have a flap over the top to hold them in when on the move.

Available in a wide choice of fabrics and can be personalised with embroidery. Prices start at £12 but get in touch if you have specific requirements and I'll be happy to give you a quote.

How many of us get the 8 hours sleep that we are supposed to get?

Sleep is important for muscle recovery following a workout and cell regeneration day to day and after an injury. It rests your general functioning whilst your immune system fights off these dreaded bugs, sleep is great.

So why not have a power nap at lunchtime. I've worked with a few people over my career so far who have had a lunchtime power nap and they are some of the most focused and productive people I know.

A blow up neck pillow can be uncomfortable and be flat when you wake up so why not try a handmade neck pillow, filled firmly for extra support and available with or without a removable washable cover.
