💚💚💚That's all folks. Nearly New Beginnings has closed. Over the years, this has become so much more than just a job and to so many of you I know it was so much more than just a shop. We have shared tears and laughter, and tears of laughter here - sharing the ups and downs of parenting and life in general.
Sue and I have taken pride in this being a safe haven, being a listening ear and giving out hugs and I felt that support the other way when I struggled with longcovid - in the early days it was having to open up the shop that kept me going.
The time has come for me to focus my time and energy on my family and new ventures. Thankyou to those who have supported the shop over the years. I have some fabulous memories and made some great friends.
There are a few locals who are still owed money from having sold items through the shop. Please contact [email protected] so I can arrange payment.
And, no, I don't know what's happening in the shop space next, I know you all want a fast food outlet and I am tempted to yarn-bomb the front window with fruit and veg and other highly controversial content just to cause a stir!! Love to you all xx 💚💚💚
