As we're coming into our busy season, we have a polite request:
If you have a bike for repair (puncture, service, etc) please remember to call us before you turn up to the shop with the bike - we want to get you back on the road as soon as we can, but often we do not have the time to do unexpected repairs as well as the booked services, and our own maintenance.
A polite request also to not leave bikes out the back of the shop for repairs without giving us a heads up, and without letting us know whose bike it is and what repairs need doing... Please just send a message or give us a ring and let us know, and we will do our best as always to get you sorted.
Unfortunately we do not have storage space to keep hold of private bikes/repairs.
If in doubt, give us a call or pop your head into the main shop and speak to Bry or Kathy to get a repair booked in.
