☀️ Warmer days bring warmer nights - which can bring new levels of anxiety about how to dress your baby at night to make sure they’re not too hot.

🌡 We’ve created this simple guide to help you decide what your little one might wear at night as the temperature changes.

👉 Remember, every baby is different, so please use this as a guide rather than a strict rule.

👍 A good way to check if baby is a comfortable temperature is by feeling their chest or the back of their neck as hands and feet can often feel cool even when they’re perfectly cosy. If they feel very hot or sweaty on their chest or back of their neck, remove a layer.
