Golfers to Tee Off for Forget Me Not Fund in 72-Hole Challenge
Get ready for a day of golfing prowess and charitable giving! On June 20th, 2025, dedicated golfers will be taking on a monumental challenge at Worldham Golf Course: a grueling 72-hole golf marathon to raise vital funds for the Forget Me Not Fund.

This ambitious event promises a day of stunning shots, friendly competition, and unwavering support for a truly deserving cause. The Forget Me Not Fund does incredible work and all proceeds from the day will go directly towards supporting their worthy cause.

Following the day on the green, players and supporters alike are invited to head to the Bakers Arms for a raffle. This is a fantastic opportunity to win some exciting prizes while further contributing to the fundraising efforts.

Tonight, as the sun sinks beyond the horizon, we gather for the final day of Babyloss Awareness week- The Wave of Light—a moment carved out of time, a sacred hour dedicated to all the little souls who have touched our lives so deeply yet briefly. As I pause to reflect, I am overwhelmed in the ache of your absence. You are not snuggled in my arms, nor your laughter filling our home, and it hits me all over again.
Yet, in each heartbeat and every thought, you are there—infinitely present in my mind and heart. There is a longing that words cannot describe, an ache that stretches far beyond this world. Every day, I wish for just one more moment with you, to hold you close, to whisper the love that overflows within me. The pain of your absence is a heavy weight I wear, and there are nights when the tears flow freely as I seek solace in the sanctuary of sleep, wishing for you to fill the my dreams.
We have lost countless moments—the first giggle, the tiny milestones, the cherished memories that will forever remain unmade. Still, among this sorrow, there are fragments of you that I hold tightly.
A gentle breeze may carry your name, and a fleeting moment can remind me of your spirit, making it all the more real.
You are our tiny miracle, and no matter how far apart we remain, the love for you illuminates my every day.
In the quiet of the evening, I often look to the stars and moon and imagine sending you my dreams, hoping you can feel the warmth of my love reaching across the clouds.
While this week serves as a beacon of awareness, a reminder for the world to recognize the grief that resides within so many hearts, I need no special occasion to remember you. Yet, I cherish the opportunity for others to see—see the strength in vulnerability, see that it is okay to speak your name, to share your story. It is a chance for the world to understand that the ache of loss is a testament to love, to the tiny lives that brought us joy before gaining their angel wings.
So, tonight, at 7PM, I will light a candle—a flickering flame that bridges the gap between realms, a beacon of hope and love. As the light dances against the darkness, I will hold you close in spirit, knowing that though we cannot hug you tightly, you will never truly be apart from us. You are woven into the fabric of our lives, eternal and irreplaceable.
To all the parents lighting candles in memory of their little ones, you are not alone. Together, we honor our beloved children, recognizing that while they may be gone from our arms, they will forever remain alive in our hearts. ###
