We’ve been busily working away in the workshop! ☀️

It’s been very, very hot, so orders have been taking a little longer than our normal turnaround time, but we’ve been diligently working, getting orders out as quick as we can.

A quick update on current order times ☀️

Due to the continuing hot weather across the UK, orders are currently taking a little longer than usual to complete.

To achieve the best possible print quality, we need to maintain specific humidity levels in our workspace. This means limiting the use of air conditioning while operating curing equipment that reaches temperatures of up to 100°C, and heat press equipment that reaches 180°C. In a confined space, these conditions can quickly become unsafe for our team to work in for prolonged periods. Additionally, we are currently facing several logistical and supply chain issues with our suppliers.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 7–10 working days.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are working through every order as safely and efficiently as possible, without compromising the quality of your finished items.

Today, Dmitrijs and Iurie headed to the Print & Stitch Roadshow in Southampton for a morning of inspiration, lots of new ideas (wish us luck!) and exciting conversations.

It was great to catch up with some of the brands we work with day in, day out, as well as discover some fantastic new products that we’re looking forward to adding to the website.

We were also on the lookout for our very own embroidery machine… more on that soon. 🫣
