Once a month as I mentioned in my previous post, I will write a review of a small independent business that I have personally had an experience with, so it’s a genuine recommendation not because they my friends or family members. Today I would like to mention based in Beverley. My daughter ordered a few boxes of cupcakes and mini tarts as a little surprise for me for Mother’s Day ( yes yes I know it’s not until tomorrow but I simply couldn’t resist and tried a few tonight ) Not only do they all look absolutely beautiful, each cupcake tasted absolutely delicious. Very often I get cupcakes and despite going for different flavours apart from beautiful decorations they normally all taste the same, but not the cupcakes we had today. Each cupcake was filled with a gooey filling with the flavour of the cupcake. The cream on the top wasn’t too heavy and the cupcakes themselves are very moist. The reason I ended up with a few boxes, is because my daughter couldn’t resist as to give some business to the lady who owns the cupcake business. Her customer service is absolutely superb. The kind, thoughtful messages she was sending my daughter were heart melting when I read them. She was so helpful and kind. She was also so grateful and appreciative the fact Lou was giving her the order which is so nice. She really deserves to do well as she has only just started a new adventure.
