Simple but striking Abstract Canvas Art with the wonderful ladies at MPDA Family Support Wellbeing HUB Yesterday morning! Lots of colour, lots of laughs! I've missed these wonderful ladies over the summer and it's been great to get back to see them and help unleash their creativity again.

Why encourage your child to take up Highland Dancing??? Well.....
Highland Dancing is a fantastic workout for both body and mind. Let's get their bodies moving and improve their fitness through fun dance related activities and routines!

Dance class resumes next Thursday:
5:30 for our 4-6year olds Dance Stars
6:00 for our 7year old & over Beginners
6:45 for our Bronze & Beyond
7:30 for our Silver to Scottish Awards
8:30 for our Championship Class

Last week I had the joy of introducing Pyrography to the lovely ladies at the MPDA Wellbeing HUB.
They were amazing! 🥰 And are working on beautiful pieces.
