"Hello, my name is Tovey from sewtovey, I am a self employed seamstress specialising in bespoke curtains, cushions, Roman blinds, fitted loose covers for furniture, curtain alterations and much more.

Hello everyone!

I haven't posted anything in a while so here are a few pictures of some of my more recent soft furnishing work, to include fitted loose chair covers, camper van box cushions, lined and interlined curtains with various headings, bed valances and roman blinds.

A funny thing happened today whilst hanging these curtains.
Louise of Seams Beautiful was up the ladder when she screamed out that a mouse was under the ladder. The customer said he would catch it but instead it ran straight up his trouser leg. Well, what can I say but I have never seen a man drop his trousers so fast!!
It was the sight of his very large Cat that made us realise why the mouse was in the flat...
Luckily he was able to bundle the mouse up in his trousers and let it go outside 🤣🤣🤣🐀
