I wish I was told this as a first time mum:

The average child grows through 7 clothing sizes before they’ve even started school — and nothing in the 0-5 wardrobe stays clean or unripped for long anyway. That’s a lot of “brand new” for clothing that gets outgrown in a few months and worn out even faster.
